Development of a Zeolite H-ZSM-5-Based D-μSPE Method for the Determination of Organophosphorus Pesticides in Tea Beverages

In this study, a novel dispersive micro-solid phase extraction (D-μSPE) technique with H-ZSM-5 zeolite as an adsorbent was developed for the determination of 21 trace pesticides in tea beverages. The adsorption and desorption zeolites were investigated based on structural characteristics properties similar to those H-beta zeolites. combination adsorbates, it explained that reaction occurred microporous surface mesopores H-ZSM-5. Based optimal parameters, beverage samples extracted by 50 mg within 1 min. eluted 2 mL acetonitrile-water mixture after separation, eluent filtered prior HPLC-MS/MS analysis. D-μSPE protocol demonstrated acceptable accuracy precision, recoveries between 62.1% 106.6% relative standard deviations 1.4% 12.6%, validated analytical reliability. correlation coefficient linear range 0.2–50 ng·mL−1 greater than 0.98, limits detection 0.05–0.1 quantification 0.1–0.2 ng·mL−1. matrix effects ranged from 76.2% 112.7%. results indicate is rapid, simple, green economical method pesticide residues proposed achieved simultaneously low dosage, 20-fold enrichment factor, rapid pre-concentration 12 min, minimal organic wastes, effective reduction interference.
